What I Offer

Through gentle, intentional practices, I guide sessions that invite stillness, connection, and release.

I have a very heart-centered approach to my facilitating, bringing warmth, grounded energy, and a deep joy for holding space where people can reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and feel truly nourished.

❋ Sound Journeys

Using instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, Native American flute and my voice, I create a soothing soundscape to help you relax and feel held.

❋ Somatic Practices 

Guiding sessions incorporating intuitive movement, breathwork, lymphatic drainage, tapping, and other techniques to release stored tension and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.

❋ Gentle Yoga

Yin, Restorative, and Hatha practices that encourage soft, mindful movement to ground the body and bring a sense of ease.

❋ Breathwork & Meditation 

Guided practices to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create space for clarity and presence.

These sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and intentions, offering a safe and sacred container for healing and connection.

    • Craving a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel deeply held

    • Wanting a tailored experience to focus on your specific needs

    • Interested in sharing the experience with a private group of friends or loved ones

  • Each session is tailored to you! We can discuss the best fit for you, it may include:

    • Sound Journey

    • Breathwork

    • Meditation

    • Somatic Practices / Embodiment

    • Yoga (yin, restorative, hatha)

    • Length: 60–90 minutes

    • Format: In-person or online

    • Pricing: Sessions start at $88 for 1 hour

    Sessions can be 1:1 sessions (for personalised support) or private group sessions (for a shared experience with friends or loved ones 🥰 )
